NEW PRICE -TAX ON TABACCO-April 01-2009 usa

Here's a complete list of the new taxes (not that we sell all of these
products, but for the sake of completeness):

- Cigarettes: $1.0066/pack (from $0.39/pack)

- Cigars: 52.75%, but capped at $0.4026/cigar (from a previous cap of
$0.05/cigar)

- Snuff: $1.51/lb (This is moist snuff, not nasal snuff; we don't
currently know where nasal snuff falls)

- Chew: $0.5033/lb

- Pipe tobacco: $2.8311/lb (from $1.09/lb)

- RYO (loose cigarette tobacco): $24.78/lb (from $1.09/lb, I believe)

- Little Cigars: $0.05/cigar

Here are the relevant (well, to us) parts:

Pipe tobacco:

Federal Excise Taxes are increasing by roughly $1.75/lb on pipe
tobacco. We're still finding out how and where these taxes will be
factored (dry weight vs. moist weight etc), so it's impossible to tell
what the final additional costs will be to the smoker, but they will
be going up."
