Αστυνομικός[-Γερμανία-] που βγήκε στην σύνταξη και άρχισε να φτιάχνει καπνοσύριγγες για να έχει απασχολήσει μίας και καπνίζει πίπα .Αυτοδίδακτος σκαλιστής και ως αστυνομικός κάθε πίπα έχει και τάμπερ με κενό κάλυκα 9μμ πλαισιωμένος από ρείκι.
