My pipe has just arrived. It is really wonderful, more than I expected. A message was enclosed:

Here is your pipe. I have enclosed a little Orlik "Bullseye" flake to get you started and a little box of matches, which I collected on one of my many travels.
I hope the pipe will smoke well and wish you the health to enjoy it for many years to come.
